Empty Nest Makeover

This Central Park West apartment required a complete update, including mechanicals. Heavy moldings and formal marble were replaced with fresh, more streamlined millwork and wood flooring. An original 1908 art-glass window was uncovered in the foyer and meticulously restored. Extra bedrooms were renovated with custom built-ins to accommodate a study and home office that can be converted to guest rooms. The result is a functional and comfortable that suits the lifestyle needs of the owners – featured in LUXE New York magazine.
