BEST GREEN ENERGY-EFFICIENT CUSTOM HOME:

We enjoyed working with Amanda Martocchio Architecture who designed this simple and modern home with floor to ceiling windows that connect the interior living spaces to the landscape.

OUTSTANDING SPECIAL PURPOSE ROOM:

Austin Patterson Disston Architects designed this fishing shack for a client who needed to make space outside the main home for his catch of the day after enjoying a fishing excursion on the Long Island Sound off of the Greenwich, CT coast.

OUTSTANDING TINY ACCESSORY BUILDING:

Built by the Hobbs Care division and led by our Project Manager, Adam Cohen, for a client who wanted a tree house for their three children to enjoy with friends and have sleep overs in. This “Tiny Building” has a small porch facing the main home and is outfitted with custom built-in bunk beds and electricity.
